The fourth post in our Glasgow series aims to give you a bit more context about the city rivalries, so we’ve collected up some notable stats about the clubs in action over the 140 plus years of competitive Scottish football.
Our first table below breaks down the 400 domestic trophies the city’s clubs have won or shared between them. We’ve included both the Glasgow Cup and the Glasgow Charity Cup in the reckoning here as in the past both were considered valuable trophies to win and attracted big crowds to their Finals.

Next we have an All-Time Glasgow League table based upon results in competitive matches played just between the city’s clubs. The table takes into account all competitive League, Scottish Cup and Scottish League Cup matches, including those contested at neutral venues.

Our third table lists the biggest wins and defeats each Glasgow club has enjoyed or suffered against its neighbours. Wins read left to right, defeats read up and down.

We’ve written at length about the sad demise of the ‘Wee Glasgow’ teams, so we though we should finish up by highlighting the last time they enjoyed that particular pleasure of victory against the Old Firm.

All stats in this post correct as of the end of January 2013.
