Our second Leicester City Vintage post takes us to Filbert Street in the 70s and the stewardship of Frank O’Farrell and Jimmy Bloomfield. In 1969 O’Farrell had taken Leicester to an unhappy double of yet another unsuccessful FA Cup Final appearance combined with relegation to Division Two, but top flight exile would be short and Leicester were back in Division One by 1971 with Jimmy Bloomfield taking over the reins.
